A year ago I didn’t even have ChatGPT…

Hi Reader,

A year ago, I didn’t even have a ChatGPT account.

Now? I’m speaking at a summit about how we completely rebuilt our programs using custom GPTs to help our students get results faster—with less time and less guesswork.

Here’s what happened:
Last spring, I realized I had two choices—ignore AI and hope it fades into the background (spoiler: it won’t), or get ahead of it and figure out how to use it in a way that actually
supports the life-first business model we believe in.

So I got to work.

And what I found was:
👉 Instead of spending hours answering the same questions in office hours, I created bots that guide students through my strategies step-by-step—
before they even show up to our calls.
👉 I used AI to generate 3-6-9 content grids, launch timelines, and email repurposing workflows
in minutes, freeing up hours each week.
👉 And most importantly, I finally had a way to scale personalized support—without needing to be “on” 24/7.

Now I want to show you how to do the same.

I’m speaking at Her AI Era Summit (Oct 13–17), a free virtual event created by my mastermind friend + AI expert Kinsey Soderberg. When she invited me to share our story, it was an easy yes.

My session is all about:
How AI Bots Made Our Office Hours More Strategic (and Our Students More Self-Sufficient)

You’ll learn:
✔️ How I built our custom bots—and why students actually
prefer using them
✔️ How we shifted from reactive support to proactive strategy
✔️ How AI now handles 80% of our backend planning (so I can focus on coaching, creating, and, you know… living)

This isn’t about being “techy” or turning your business into a robot.
It’s about building smarter systems
now so:
– Your onboarding can run on autopilot
– Your students/clients get better results with less hand-holding
– You have actual white space to think, rest, and lead

The next wave of business growth is not about working harder.
It’s about learning to lead with tools that support your time, energy, and zone of genius.

See you at the summit,
Holly

P.S. Every session is free for 24 hours—no stress, no binge-watching. Just take what you need and implement what fits.

This week’s Better Together Round-Up is here! Think: one game-changing strategy, the resources you didn’t know you needed, and a few fun favorites we’re loving right now. Quick to read, packed with value—you in? 🕒 3-minute read, unlimited inspiration. Hey Reader, You know that mix of exhaustion and inspiration that hits after hosting something big? That’s where I’m at—still riding the high (and finishing the laundry) after our 9th Camp Creative Retreat. Every time, I wonder if I’m a little...

Hi Reader, I know we’ve been talking about refining your strategy (and thanks again if you’ve already filled out our survey, but I couldn’t not share this in the middle of it all. Let’s play a quick round of “yep, that’s me”… You spend way too long writing a single post or email—and still second-guess it. You want to use AI, but the output feels robotic or off-brand. Your notes app and Google Drive are overflowing with half-finished ideas. Things are technically working… but it feels like...

Hi Reader, This week was a big one. In true Crush the Rush fashion, we did it all while traveling, started middle school, and navigated a new season. Because life doesn’t stop when you want to do big things. So this isn’t our normal Friday newsletter. It’s just simply a thank you. You followed along all spring and summer as we rebuilt our entire Anti-Social School™ program. (The longest project and launch eevvveeerrr). You showed up big for the fall workshop (I hope you loved it). And I am...
