Hi Reader,

Not gonna lie, I feel like one of Santa's elves right now. 🎁 This week has been a blur of ribbon, shipping tape, and iced buttercream cut-out cookies (we made some last weekend) as I decided to hand wrap and ship every single one of our client co-op gifts. (See photo for proof. Please send thumb massages.)

But honestly? I wouldn't have it any other way.

This week was full of that good kind of busy: hosting our annual holiday networking event with 100+ registrations (we gave away connection and a full website), wrapping up 7 (!!) 1:1 intensives that completely filled my soul, and squeezing in a 90-minute Goal Getter session with NLP expert Mindi Huebner. That session alone lifted the weight of the world off my shoulders. Like...I could breathe again.

And in between all that? One choir concert. One dance class party. And tonight is our annual holiday party—which is basically Scott and me going to a fancy dinner, writing it off, talking about business for like 5 minutes, and then clinking glasses because we made it through another year as an entrepreneurship family. (Even though our 2026 healthcare costs are almost double our mortgage… but we’ll save that conversation for another day. 😅)

Also, just for fun, I decided to personally design our 2025 planner covers. Insert me, on the phone with the printer, asking for the 10th proof: "Are you sure this is OK?!"

So yeah. It’s been a week. A very full, very human, very real life kind of week.

And as we wrap up the year, I just want to say thank you.

Thank you for reading, replying, sharing, and showing up. Thank you for being part of this community. Thank you for building a business that values real connection, real freedom, and a whole lot of heart.

If your schedule feels heavy, lighten it.
If you need January off, take it.

This isn’t laziness. It’s leadership.
Knowing what’s essential—and what can wait—is one of the strongest moves you can make.

Take 5 minutes today and answer this:

📝 What will I protect, no matter what?​
🧹 What can I clear off my plate, even temporarily?​
💛 What do I need to feel like myself again?

That’s your shift.
