No plans. That’s the plan. 😌

It's officially Twixmas territory over here—the cozy, floaty week between Christmas and New Year’s where no one knows what day it is, and cookies become a food group.

The goal. Ice skating with the girls, binging a little Netflix, a lot of Emily in Paris, and maybe dipping my toe into some light BTS work. I love this time of year to learn. To read. To chill out! No pressure. Just a lot of fuzzy socks and a fresh planner calling my name. Honestly? The extra space feels nice.

Last year, we were in Costa Rica during this time, which was the best Twixmas week ever. I am trying not to go into a full "why is Ohio so grey" this time of year, post-holiday depression, so we are going to focus on what we can control...like still taking the first week off in January and enjoying some quiet when everyone is back in school! 🙏 Yep. I might be watching Netflix next week, too!

Back to the present. If you’re like me, your brain is somewhere between "let's map the quarter" and "I just want to finish this chocolate bar in peace." So in case you're craving a little gentle structure going into this next week, here are 3 things I love to do to organize behind the scenes in your business (without blowing up your nervous system):

3 Gentle Ways to Clean Up Your Biz Before 2026

1. Ask: What would feel amazing in the next 90 days?​
   Not what you should do. What would feel amazing? Smaller goals = more momentum. I asked every one of my 1:1 clients this over the last month its such a powerful question.
2. Reclaim your calendar.​
   Block out fun time. Block out focus time. Delegate what you can. Take control of it now. I already have next December blocked off. (Not even kidding.)
3. Plan your celebration.​
   How will you honor the work you do? Book that massage for March. Reserve the fancy dinner. Whatever feels like a little gold star.

This week is about resetting your energy, not rewriting your entire business plan.

And if all you do is read this and go back to your Hallmark movie marathon? That counts too! Sometimes we just need a moment where the happy ending is guaranteed! 💛
