Life First Business Strategy

for Entrepreneurs

Hey Reader,

When’s the last time you reintroduced yourself to your audience?

I mean a real reintroduction—not just “I’m a coach who helps XYZ.”

I’m talking about the behind-the-scenes story.

The pivot points.

The values you lead with now—especially the ones that weren’t always there.

This week’s episode is me, doing just that.

After 600+ episodes, multiple pivots, and a lot of experiments (some that flopped, some that flew), I realized I hadn’t really told the full story…ever.

I have friends introducing me as a productivity coach (close, but no), my mom thinking I design planners for a living (partially true, but also no), and one of my team members asking me flat out, Holly, have you ever really introduced yourself?

So 6 years later, on the podcast, here we go.

I’m pressing pause on strategy talk to take you back:

🎙 How I went from corporate strategist to business owner
🎙 Why I built a
social media optional business before it was trendy
🎙 What I believe
actually moves the needle in a sustainable business
🎙 How our clients are seeing results with less noise + more alignment

And most importantly—how I want you to feel equipped to do the same.

Because here’s the truth:

If your audience doesn’t know who you are today, you might be selling to the wrong version of them. And if you haven’t said out loud how you’ve changed, they won’t know how to grow with you.

Reintroducing yourself isn’t just a personal update—it’s a strategic shift.
It’s the foundation for deeper connection, stronger conversions, and clients who
already trust you before you sell.

I hope this episode helps you see what’s possible when you tell the truth—
not just about what you
do, but who you are.
