My email planning shortcut (steal this!)

Hi Reader!

Flashback: early 2024.

Picture me in my office, sipping an iced lavender chai, and psyching myself up to plan my email content for the month.

Notebook in hand, timer set for 30 minutes, and … GO!

By the end, I had … a notebook full of messy ideas.

No email outlines with key points.
No subject lines.
No CTAs or strategy to follow.
Just ideas.

Oof.

Here’s the thing – time is everything to me in this season of life.

Spending 30 minutes only to walk away with a list of ideas? This simply doesn’t work for me anymore.

Here’s what I do instead to plan my email content, including the very email you’re reading right now –

I use our Anti-Social AI Assistants to map out an entire month of email content in about 30 seconds.

Yep. These “bots” are trained so well that in less than a minute, they hand me:

  • Subject line options
  • Outlines of every email I want to send, including CTAs, key points, and takeaways
  • A full email strategy for the month with topics that align with my audience and goals

From there, I can more quickly write emails in my own voice (hello, not sounding like a robot).

I can feel confident that I’m serving my list with an intentional email strategy that sounds like me and is filled with content that matters to them and solves their challenges.

I am forever a pen and paper girl at heart.

But I am also all about getting the most out of my time and always finding ways to work smarter.

Our content/email planning bots are just one of the tools in my Anti-Social Strategy Toolbox.

To see how I grow my list, stay consistent with emailing 3x a week, plan an entire month of email content in just 30 seconds, and more of my Anti-Social Strategies in action – come to my free workshop:
