Sprint Season, IRL 🏃‍♀️✨

Life First Business Strategy

for Entrepreneurs

This week’s Better Together Round-Up is here! Think: one game-changing strategy, the resources you didn’t know you needed, and a few fun favorites we’re loving right now. Quick to read, packed with value—you in? 🕒 3-minute read, unlimited inspiration.

Hi Reader,

Let’s talk about sprint season. (aka, you are pushing for a big goal, deadline, date, etc.) But not in the “every hustle has a highlight reel” kind of way—but the real way it goes down when you’re running a values-driven business and a life.

For me, a sprint lasts about two weeks. I can go all in for 14 days, but after that? If I don’t recalibrate, I’m not fun to be around. 😂

So before this round kicked off, my husband and I snuck away for a grown-up-only vacation—only the second time in 12 years.

It was everything we needed:
✨ Sleep.
✨ Hiking.
✨ A CBD-infused hot stone massage (magical).
✨ Netflix and chill.
✨ And I finally started The Housemaid series highly recommend.

That reset gave me the fuel to step into a high-capacity week—fully present, fully aligned.

Because normally, I work about 20–25 hours a week.
But this week? We’re clocking in closer to 30.

And you know what?
Still way better than "Corporate Burnout Holly".

Now I’m back and pouring into our community—and here’s exactly what this week looked like:

🏡 Monday

Finally got home around 5 pm after what should’ve been a one-hour flight (it took eight). Showered fast and made it to gymnastics—because that’s what moms do.

💻 Tuesday

6am: Head-down focused work block—prepping for our open house, inbox zero attempt.
Morning: Bustop drop-off, workout, sauna.
Midday: Hosted the open house + free Slack coaching.
Evening: Dance class chauffeur. Finished slides in the car (thank you, hotspot).

🎙 Wednesday

6am: Emails + podcast prep.
Big moment: Interviewed Amanda Goetz, the new host of Girlboss - Ambition 2.0. (Coming in January!!!) Ekkk!
Open house, Slack coaching, and then:
Haircut (yes, still working—brought the laptop), quick nap (real life), dinner, and Dancing with the Stars catch up.

🚀 Thursday

5am: Writing this email to you.
Morning flow: Bustop, walk, sauna.
Midday: Hosted another open house + coached.
Afternoon: Discovery calls and podcast interview. (Working to get Q1 done and take December and January off!)
Evening: Dance class drop-off and a walk with my husband (our fave way to catch up).

🌲 Friday (That's Today!)

Slow morning.
Walk. Sauna.
Goal: Organize Christmas stuff while the girls were at school.
Just soak in the quiet. Recharge. But also, one kid is sick, so we know how that goes. 🤷‍♀️

I’m not sharing this to glamorize busy—but to show you the ebb and flow that keeps things sustainable.

I can sprint.

But I won’t do it forever. Trust me. I have wreath making, decorating and fun holiday plans ahead (where work will not be the priority). 🎄

This and other life first strategies are what we hold you accountable to inside the Co-Op, which is officially open, and our Open Houses are where the magic happens.

They’re my favorite—because you can literally feel what it’s like to be inside.

✨ If you missed it, reply “REPLAY” and I’ll send over the private recording, our Profit Toolkit, and the Life-First Revenue Map we created just for this launch.

And here’s my challenge for you:
Look at your calendar like a coach—not a critic.

Ask:

  • Where can I intentionally sprint?
  • Where can I intentionally rest?
  • And what’s one “non-negotiable anchor” I can protect daily?

My schedule this week wasn’t perfect—but it was strategic.
Yours can be too.

Choose your pace.
Then build your business to support it.

You've got this. Catch you next Friday,
Holly

✨Your Weekly Anti-Social™ Shift

Sprinting ≠ Surviving

You don’t have to avoid busy seasons.
You just have to build a rhythm that includes recovery.

Here’s your move this week:

🧘‍♀️ Anchor One Thing Daily.
Pick one thing each day that brings you back to yourself.

It could be a 20-minute sauna.
A walk.
A quiet 10 minutes with your coffee before the world wakes up.

If your calendar is full, your nervous system deserves space.

Because you’re not just building a business—you’re building a life you actually want to live.

Quick to read, packed with value—you in? 🕒 3-minute read, unlimited inspiration. Hi Reader, Right now, I’m writing this on my way with my husband to a quiet dock in Georgia. Life First Business Strategy for Entrepreneurs Hey Reader, We’re slowly recovering from the time change over here. The pumpkins are still on the porch (my holiday decor is slowly coming out), and I’ve got one foot in cozy fall mode and the other starting to dream about 2026. It always feels like November sneaks up fast—but instead of spiraling into the end-of-year hustle, I’ve been asking myself:What would it look like to close out the year with intention—and start the next one with clarity?...
