Because here’s what I’ve learned the hard way: most of us are building our businesses from those thoughts, whether we realize it or not.

Money has always been a mindset struggle for me.

I’m the main earner in our family, and for a long time, that came with a lot of quiet pressure I didn’t talk about. Leaving corporate felt exciting, but it also felt risky in a very real, very personal way. There were moments where I wondered if I was being brave… or irresponsible.

That pressure didn’t just live in my head — it showed up in how I worked. I overthought decisions. I priced from fear instead of trust. I told myself I should be able to handle more, do more, push more.

On the outside, things looked fine.
On the inside, I was constantly trying to outrun the thought of, What if this doesn’t work?

What actually changed things wasn’t a new strategy or a bigger goal.

It was realizing that I was running my business from fear instead of clarity — and that I didn’t have to keep doing it that way.
