Before we dive in: This Wednesday, I’m hosting a live workshop that shows you how to keep the momentum going in your business this summer while working 10 hours or less/week. Sign up here to join me live, or catch the replay. (It’s only $22!) Hi Reader If you were a student in our Collective Co-Op, and you were trying to decide what is the ONE thing you should focus on this summer … I’d tell you to focus on building trust. If you can only focus on ONE thing right now, and you absolutely have permission to do that :), make it building trust with your audience. Time spent building trust now = profitable, stress-free fall launches. What does building trust look like? #1 - Soft-selling the waitlist for your fall program in June and July. One of my Co-op students did this last year, and she had a full program before even officially launching it in September! #2 - Connecting with past clients and strategic partners. (I give more details on how to make those connections and what the purpose is in this podcast episode.) #3 – Soft-selling early bird access for fall launches. #4 – Sharing behind-the-scenes and ‘sneak peek’ content for what’s coming this fall. I share tons of examples of what this could look like here. Remember: Your clients are planning their fall purchases now. Use the summer to give them low-pressure, high-value content and REAL connection. That is how your program gets put on their ‘wish list’ – without you having to do a big fancy launch in September. I just released a new podcast episode that walks you through this trust-building summer strategy in detail. 🎙️ Tune in here! Talk soon, P.S. – On Thursday, I’m hosting a live workshop that will help you build your summer business strategy. You’ll leave with an actual plan for working 10 hours or less per week while making more than last summer! Click here for workshop details. It’s only $22, and you can join us live or catch the replay. 😉 |

Life First Business Strategy for Entrepreneurs Hey Reader, There’s something really vulnerable about sharing numbers publicly—especially when they don’t follow the “up and to the right” storyline everyone expects.
