Creating Life First Business Strategy for Entrepreneurs
Think: one game-changing strategy, the resources you didn't know you needed, and a few fun favorites we're loving right now. Quick to read, packed with value, you in? 🕒 3-minute read, unlimited inspiration.

Hi Reader,

The end of Macember is near. (If you have been here a while, you know.)

This week alone, the girls added a new dance class (we are now at three times a week), a bonus choir concert, and a last-minute athletic meeting for next year. And I, in a totally normal and not at all unhinged move, recorded 15+ podcasts in two weeks to protect my summer schedule.

Sprint season. That is the only name for it.

But here is the thing about sprints. They end.

Today is the last day of mine. And as I sat down to write this email, I realized something I didn't expect. The reason I can run a sprint like that, the reason I can record 15+ podcasts and clear my calendar and trust that the business will keep humming while I'm offline in June, is because of the women I get to do this with.

Not my team (though I love them). Not my clients (though they are incredible). The women IN this with me. Building right alongside me. The ones who get the Macember chaos AND the big vision. The ones in my Collective Co-Op.

So today, instead of more strategy, I want you to meet four of them.

Meet Cris Valerio. Cris runs Main Street Operator, where she builds growth and operations systems for $1M to $40M local service businesses. Last week she was speaking at Gemma Bonham-Carter's AI Summit AND building out her product suite. Next week, she is teaching INSIDE the Co-Op on how to set up your Chief of Staff in Claude. Yes, our members get her live. Connect with Cris → | Download her Private Podcast

Meet Bethany Lovern. Bethany just hosted her first in-person event and quietly became the go-to consultant in Indianapolis through local SEO moves that most people would not even think to make. She is plotting a fall launch right now that is going to surprise her community in the best way. Follow Bethany on Instagram → |Her website →

Meet Stacie Rihl. Stacie just launched a brand new private podcast as a nurture engine for clients who come into her world through her workshops. She pairs first-time homebuyers with a specialized agent in their area. It is a smart, structured, very anti-social play. The fun part. Stacie is actually an epic social creator. Follow Stacie on Instagram → | Her website →

Meet Paige Scheinberg. Paige just launched her new community AND landed some epic local partnerships, all in the same window. She’s one of the most creative people on the planet. Her Sunday emails are my fav. She is building something special on the ground in her city. Follow Paige on Instagram → | Join her ShineOn Community Newsletter →

And that is just the last few weeks. I could keep going. There are so many women I cannot wait to highlight.

Go connect with them. Follow them. Cheer them on. They are the kind of women you want in your corner when you are building something real.

This is the room I built. And right now, you can get in.

The Collective Co-Op | Summer enrollment closes June 1st

This is the room I am most proud of. Strategy, real connection, and women who are building businesses that work for the lives they actually want.

Summer pricing goes up June 1st. You have two options to lock it in now:

🌸 Start in June → Get support all summer to build the fall launch that actually fits your life (vacations included). Includes our June virtual retreat AND Fall Fest in person.

🍂 Start in September → Join us for the June virtual retreat, take the summer at your own pace, and kick off with the group in September. Also includes Fall Fest 2026, our in-person retreat in Columbus, October 1-3.

If you have been eyeing this community, reply SUMMER to this email and I will send you everything.

XO,
Holly

P.S. This truly is the final opportunity to get into The Co-Op before the price goes up. Two options to lock in. Reply SUMMER and let's talk before June 1st.

✨Your Weekly Strategy Shift

Stop building alone.

You can plateau quietly for a long time when your strategy lives only in your own head. The women I watch scale, the ones who actually build lives that work, are the ones who stopped trying to figure it out solo. They put themselves in a room. They asked the question out loud. That is what changes everything.

A few things I'm loving, sharing, and clicking this week:

  • The AI resource I cannot stop sharing with everyone? HERaiclub.
  • Kajabi is running a $99 summer special. If you have been waiting for a sign, here it is.
  • Mariah Magazine is hosting an SEO workshop I am personally excited about. Use HOLLY20 to save $20.
  • I am fully in my planting era, but the deer eat everything, so I keep coming back to these faux flowers. For the real ones, I am obsessed with Floret Flowers. We bought their seeds this year and I cannot wait.
  • And I cannot stop listening to this podcast episode on tradwives. So good.

Some of the links I share may be affiliate links, which means I might earn a small commission—at no extra cost to you—if you decide to make a purchase. I only ever recommend tools and resources I truly love and use myself. Think of it as a little thank-you for supporting what we do around here. 🫶

Just our website. Working quietly in the background while I do everything else. Now I know what you are thinking. Twenty subscribers a week does not sound like a lot.
