Two people who bought Anti-Social School™ during our last launch had never been on my email list. Never been in the Club. Never seen a single Instagram post.

They found the podcast. They listened. They bought.

No ads. No social media. Just a show that has been quietly doing its job for years.

I call them unicorns. And honestly? Those two sales are the whole model working exactly as it should.

But here is the other side of that launch debrief. The part that stung a little more.

One of the people who did not buy sent me a note. She said she is getting so much out of the Club right now that she does not feel the need to add Anti-Social School™ on top of it.

Read that again.

The Club is so good that people do not feel the urgency to upgrade. That is not a win. That is a positioning problem. A pricing problem. And it is the main thing I am changing this summer.

Both of these things happened in the same launch window. Two people who had never heard of me bought. One person who knows me well and loves what I do did not feel the pull to go deeper.

That is a launch debrief. The full honest version. Not the highlight reel.

I debated whether to share these details. A 5,000-person list. Real numbers. What worked and what did not. It felt a little vulnerable to put it all out there. 😳

But I run a small but mighty business. And I believe to my core that you can be successful without the private jet era telling you what success is supposed to look like. Every win counts as a win. Not just the big flashy ones we see on social.

So here I am. Sharing what worked and what did not, in hopes it helps you. Because your wins count too. Even the quiet ones nobody posts about.
